HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY APPOINTMENT IS?

A text/email is sent when your appointment is booked. A confirmation link is sent seven days to confirm and a reminder 48 hours beforehand to remind you of appointment booked. Please understand it is your responsibility to reschedule/cancel your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

•We understand schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request, 24 hours notice, at a minimum, to modify appointments and avoid late change fees
•Less than 24 hour notice to cancel will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service
•Less than 24 hour notice to reschedule will result in a rebooking fee up to 50% of service or a non-refundable deposit, up to $100, is required before appointment is accepted by SALON abe
•We require a credit card on file to reserve all appointments, it will not be charged at the time of booking
•‘NO SHOWS’ will be charged 100% of the reserved appointment time. It is non-refundable and does not go towards future appointments

**This cancellation policy allows us time to inform any Waitlist guests of an available appointment and better serves everyone!**

Why hasn’t my appointment been accepted? and what does that mean?

All appointments are considered ‘pending’ until accepted by your stylist. Our salon is a hybrid with employees and independent stylists. Your appointment will be confirmed from the stylist. If you have questions about your ‘pending’ appointment call SALON abe 6123311754 and leave a voicemail or email. We will get back to you within two business days but typically less.

WHAT IF SALON abe CANCELS?

There are situations that come up last minute for us as well and we do our best to give you the same respect of 24 hours, at a minimum, to reschedule your appointment. If the cancellation is due to situations such as: power outages, extreme weather conditions, bereavement, pandemics, or unfortunate incidence, etc… that requires SALON abe to be closed during regular business hours your appointment will be rescheduled in a timely manner and we hope our stylists never have to cancel your appointment.

How do I know what service I should book?

We wrote our service page in particular way so it is easier to pick your services. If you have particular questions, such as price, choose a meeting/consultation. They can be done virtually or in person. We recommend ‘in person’
